APM South West was founded by James Altham, whose diverse background in engineering and the military brings a unique level of precision and expertise to every project. After serving in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, James applied his technical skills in roles at Porsche and Hitachi rail.
His passion for building was sparked through successful renovations of his own properties, leading him to pursue a full-time career in transforming spaces. Today, James channels his extensive experience into delivering high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in every project.
Our Process
1) Consultation
Once we’ve recieved your inital enquiry, we’ll be in touch to discuss your project requirements and arrange a visit to go through the finer details. We’ll ensure we get all the information we need to provide an accurate quote.
2) Quoting
We aim to get our quotes to you within 48 hours of our initial consultation. Once you’ve reviewed the quote and are happy to proceed, we take 20% payment up front and book in a date to complete the work.
3) Build
We keep constant communication throughout the project in terms of how we’re tracking against our timelines and budget, we’ll keep you updated throughout.
4) Aftercare
We always like to make sure our customers are happy with the results, so we’re always available up to 6 months after the job has finished.
